During the planning stage, you will meet with the builder, Art Corker III, to discuss your dreams. This will start the process of incorporating all your dreams, your ideas and all your inspirations into a one-of-a-kind design specifically for you and your family.

We are able to use plans that you have worked on developing or ones that we create for you. We are flexible in our approach so whether your plans or ours, your land or ours, and any special requests, we are usually able to accommodate most of our clients wishes.
